Private bathrooms are provided at two locations within the Marina. Both faciltiies contain two bathrooms. Each private bathroom contains a shower, toilet, handbasin and dressing area. Showers are machine-based and cost $1.00 (1 x $1.00 coin). Each coin last for approx 5 minutes.
Exclusive car parking for Marina users is provided adjacent the Marina berths. Entry and Exit to the car park is managed by the security proximity cards issued to all Marina users. The car park is monitored via the Marina's CCTV system, and by our onsite security patrol.
Access to the Marina is via a clearly marked channel. Port and Starboard markers clearly identify the channel. Once inside the Marina the one accessway leads to all Marina Berths. The access channel is dredged to 2.4m below mean spring low tide.
A comprehensive Ferry service connects the Marina with Auckland City. The service is run by Fullers Auckland and runs half hourly at peak times and hourly at commuter offpeak times. The ride takes less than 10 minutes.

The fuel pier is located on the starboard side of the entrance to the Marina. Access to Petrol, Diesel and water is available on the pier 24 hours a day. Access to fuel is via any credit card or local Eftpos card. Access to water is provided by placing coins in the coin mechanism to provide water. View Marina plan for exact location.
Wireless Internet access is now free to all customers within the Marina. The service is available 24 hours per day. Currently 802.11b is the only service provided. PCMCIA cards for the service can be purchased from the Marina Office. There are currently three antennaes providing comprehensive coverage across the Marina.
Private laundry facilities are provided at two locations within the Marina. Both faciltiies contain coin operated washing machines and driers at a cost of $4.00 (2 x $2 coins) for a wash and $2.00 (1 x $2 coin) for the dryer (approx 20 minute cycle).
Access to the Marina Lounge is provided to all Marina Users. Within the Lounge unlimited free internet access is provided via five desktop copmputers connected to our broadband internet connection. In addition the Lounge provides a television, daily news papers, coffee machine, magazines and barbecue, coin change facilities and a place to relax away from your vessel.
Bayswater Marina has 415 full length finger berths ranging from 10.5 meter to 45 meters in length. This includes 28 Super yacht berths ranging from 25 meters to 45 meters. All berths are floating, using the worldclass Belligham concrete encased pontoon system.
The Marina office is open and staffed five days a week. The Office is located adjacent the water entrance to the Marina, and close to the head of F and G piers. The office is staffed with professional staff available to assist in any way to make your stay easy and pleasant.
Bayswater is protect by the longest floating breakwater in the Southern Hemisphere. The Bellingham structure is an active structure protecting the Marina from adverse weather.
Bayswater Marina has over 25 berths for vessels greater than 25m. Of those 5 are capable of handling vessels up to 40m. Bayswater is able to provide a secluded and private location for super yachts to lay-over with a wonderful city vist backdrop. Bayswaters only limitation is the maximum draft in the berth of 3.0m at spring low tide.
Network and Modem connections are provided free of charges within the Marina Lounge. This service allows users to connect their laptops to either the Marina Network, or to a local Internet Service Provider via a free call to a local number. Once connected to the Marina's internal network users will be able to take advantage of the Marina's broadband internet connection. Users without Laptops can use the same connection via one of the five desktop computers within the Lounge.
Over an acre of Park is provided at the southern end of the Marina. This park space is a beautiful place to get away from the hussle and bussle of the city and has great views across to Auckland City. The Park is convieniently located adjacent the Public Boat Ramp.
Two Pump Ahead units are provided on the fuel pier for the removal of black water from vessels. These units are provided for any vessels within the harbour to use as required. There is no charge to use the units.
Access to the Piers is controled by an advanced access control system. Access is gained by using a proximity security card at the Pier gates, which is provided to all approved users of the Marina. A maximum of two cards are issued to each approved user. Both cards are active for the period of the users stay.
A security staff member is available 24 hours a day. This staff members maintains a watch over the entire Marina and Car park, protecting your asset at all times. We have an advanced security camera system, with three pan tilt cameras which are controlled from the office, security tower, via the internet or by security staff onsite, via a wireless, handheld pocket PC from anywhere within the Marina.
The public has access to both a coin and a card phone. The coin phone is located within the Marina Lounge, and the Card Phone is located on the eastern wall of the southern ablution block.
